1.Booking and Payment Terms

1.1 Offer validity is 7 days. To confirm offer and secure spaces, a deposit of 10% of invoice amount must be paid within the validity time period.
1.2 50% of Invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days of invoice date
1.3 Remaining payment to be made at the very latest, 90 days prior to arrival of trip to Egypt
1.4 Egypt Serai Travel's bank details for wire transfer
1.5 Prices and availabilities are subject to change if delays in deadlines occur

1.5 Copy of wire transfer must be sent to operations@egyptseraitravel.com for confirmation
1.6 We accept all major credit cards except for American Express. Payments can only be accepted in US Dollars or Euros. A 5% credit card charge applies for payments made using Visa, MasterCard of total booking value.

2. Cancellation

2.1 If a visitor wishes to cancel a booking they must give Egypt Serai Travel notice in writing as soon as
possible.
2.2 Standard cancellation policy as follows, unless otherwise stated or in cases of force majeure :
75% from the total package for cancellation made 60 days before arrival
50% from the total package for cancellation made 60- 45 days before arrival.
25% from the total package for cancellation made 45- 30 days before arrival.
0% from total package for cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival

2.3 Deposits are only refundable for 7 days from date of purchase and only if trip start date is over 60 days away from date of purchase, otherwise they are non-refundable

3. Modifications

3.1 Egypt Serai Travel may, at its discretion, refuse any booking.
3.2 Guests may request to modify bookings in regards to itinerary, hotel accommodations or other arrangements. Egypt Serai Travel will do its best efforts to make requested modifications free of charge, but in the case the supplier requests additional charges for such changes, such expenses will be charged at cost to the guest.
3.3 Egypt Serai Travel may cancel or alter arrangements made for the Visitor before or during the holiday
period as necessary to deal with: (a) circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Egypt Serai Travel; or (b) to perform or complete essential remedial or refurbishment works. Such changes will, to the
best efforts of the team, result in equal or better alternatives to maintain the experience
