Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 | CAIRO - ALEX 

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

We travel for the day to Alexandria (223 km), on Egypt’s North Coast. Overnight at Four Seasons Alexandria.

Highlights include National Museum,
Pompey’s Pillar, the Catacombs, the New Bibliotheca, Citadel of Qaitbay, and the Montazah Palace.

DAY 2 | ALAMEIN - SIWA
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today we will be driven to Alamein (11 km), stop at Jaz Almaza beach resort for a delicious lunch before continuing to Siwa Oasis (482 km) where our new Adventure in Egypt will begin. Overnight at Adrere Amellal.

DAY 3 | SIWA
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today a 4x4 vehicle will drive you to the desert for a desert-safari. You will see fossilized sea shells, cruise on top of curved sand dunes, swim in fresh lakes and hot sulphuric springs. You will also be equipped for sand-boarding: easy slopes for the amateurs and the steepest dunes.

DAY 4 | SIWA - ALAMEIN
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We start our day tour to visit Temple of the Oracle of Amun (or temple of Alexander the Great), Temple of Amun, Cleopatra's bath, Mountain of the Dead, Ruins of Shali,
the salt lake and the Island of Fatnas. We will then drive back to Cairo stopping in El Alamein for the night. Overnight at Alamein Hotel.

DAY 5 | FAYOUM
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We drive towards Fayoum Oasis (350 km) where we’ll be spending a day exploring Tunis village, famous for its pottery, ceramics and beautiful nature. Overnight at Lazib Inn.

DAY 6 | CAIRO
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today we return to Cairo (110 km) to spend the day immersing ourselves in the authentic atmospheres of Old Cairo with an overnight stay at Le Riad Hotel on the world famous El Moez street in the heart of Khan el Khalili. In the morning we bid farewell to Egypt, filled with many great memories, as we begin our journey home.
